USI Number
Your Unique Student Identifier (USI) Number, if you do not have then you need to create your own USI number . Also, a downloaded copy of your existing USI (If you have already an USI Number).

Proof of Experience
Evidence of your work in your industry e.g.,
- Last 4 weeks’ Payslips,
- Letter of employments (current and past the one show about your industry roles).
- Current or past Job Descriptions

Professional Reference Letters
Need to provide Two (2) set of Reference Letters. These must include-
