Candidate Declaration:

I declare that the information I have provided is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. I understand that providing false or misleading information, or failing to comply with the prerequisites of the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process, may result in the cancellation of my application.

Candidates are advised that once the qualification(s) have been issued by the respective Registered Training Organisation (RTO), all subsequent administrative responsibilities and matters pertaining to the qualification(s) will come under the direct authority and jurisdiction of the issuing RTO. From the moment of issuance, candidates will be considered to be under the direct care and management of the respective RTO. Any future communication regarding the qualification(s) will be conducted exclusively between the candidate and the RTO, without involvement from Xpqualify.

Additionally, in the event of any unforeseen developments affecting the RTO—such as closure, cancellation of RTO registration, or withdrawal of issued qualification(s) due to government regulations or RTO management decisions—Xpqualify disclaims any responsibility or liability for such matters. Candidates must liaise directly with the certification issuing RTO regarding any concerns or issues that may arise.

Privacy Declaration:

The information collected in this form is solely for the purpose of facilitating the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process. It will not be shared with any other party without the candidate’s prior consent, except where necessary for administrative and legal purposes. Information provided in this form may be shared with partner and non-partner Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) strictly for these purposes.

I also give my consent for the collection, use, and storage of my personal information in accordance with the relevant privacy legislation and organisational policies. I understand that this information will only be used for the purposes of assessing my RPL application and related compliance requirements.

Payment

The RPL service fees must be paid in full prior to lodging the application with the partner RTO. Please note that Xpqualify does not currently offer partial payments or payment plans. Payments are accepted exclusively via bank transfer, in accordance with our current transaction policy.

Refund Policy

Full payment will be refunded in full if RTO unable to issue the qualifications and/or you are not eligible for the qualification.

All refunds will be made within 20 calendar days of the date that Xpqualify receives a written refund request to any of the emails listed in the website.
