Some qualifications may lead to licensing outcomes. XPQualify is not a licensing regulatory body. The Client is strongly advised to consult their relevant industry regulator or licensing body. This confirms specific licensing requirements.

5. Eligibility and Process Requirements

XPQualify offers a free eligibility check. This determines if the Client's experience aligns with qualification requirements.

The RPL process necessitates compiling a portfolio. The Client must provide documentation of their work background, experiences, and references. Qualified assessors at the RTO will review this portfolio.

XPQualify aims for a 100% success rate in facilitating applications. However, success depends entirely on the RTO's assessment. It relies on the evidence submitted by the Client.

8.4. Future Regulatory Issues

XPQualify exclusively affiliates with legitimate, current, and reputable Registered Training Organisations (RTOs).

Upon the Client's successful enrolment with an RTO, the Client establishes a direct and independent relationship as a learner with that RTO. From the moment of enrolment, XPQualify's role transitions solely to that of a marketing facilitator.

It is the Client's sole responsibility to verify the legitimacy and current registration status of the RTO via www.training.gov.au.

Following the receipt of any qualification, the Client must thoroughly examine all issued documentation. This includes, but is not limited to, the certificate and transcript, to ensure accuracy and completeness.

XPQualify assumes no further responsibility for the Client in relation to the RTO upon the formal issuance of the qualification. Correspondingly, the RTO assumes no further responsibility to the Client via XPQualify.

Regarding any future updates or requirements concerning the Unique Student Identifier (USI), the RTO will be solely responsible, not XPQualify.

XPQualify bears no responsibility for any future regulatory decisions or actions. This includes those made by government authorities that may impact the RTO or the Client’s earned qualification. Such impacts may include, but are not limited to, the withdrawal or cancellation of the qualification, or the RTO's registration.

Upon receiving the qualification, all subsequent communication from the Client regarding that qualification must be directed solely and directly to the respective RTO. XPQualify will not be involved in these post-qualification communications, mirroring the direct relationship between a regular learner and their RTO.

8.5. Additional Costs

Upon successful completion of a nationally recognised qualification, the Client's certificate will be issued digitally. It will be emailed to their nominated email address. The Client can opt for a hard copy certificate to be mailed to their nominated postal address:
